(AP) — Pennsylvania's high court will consider whether some automatic life sentences for those convicted of murder violate constitutional protections for defendants, the justices said Friday. COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A second man has been convicted on charges stemming from the death of an Ohio religious leader authorities said was killed in a botched robbery attempt. Isaiah Brown-Miller, 23, was convicted Friday of kidnapping and aggravated robbery charges in his third trial in the December 2021 death of 48-year-old Columbus imam Mohamed Hassan Adam, a prominent figure in the Somali community. A co-defendant was earlier convicted of murder in the case. One of Trump's aides has been named as a co-defendant in Trump's recent federal indictment. Waltine Nauta, Trump's body man who brought him Diet Coke, has been charged with six counts. New York Magazine's Intelligencer reported that Nauta was Trump's "Diet Coke valet," the person who brought Trump a soda whenever he needed one in the White House's Oval Office. According to the Washington Post, Nauta would also bring Trump anything else he needed. He worked in the White House mess hall before becoming a valet, The Post reported.

A former Google exec is blaming his termination from the company on discrimination and retaliation. Ryan Olohan says Google had failed to act on his complaints about a coworker's sexual advances. Ryan Olohan, formerly Google's managing director of food, beverage, and restaurants, filed a complaint against Google in November alleging sexual harassment, gender discrimination, race discrimination, and retaliation. The suit names Tiffany Miller, Google's director of programmatic media, as a codefendant. The complaint says Google "discriminated against Olohan and subjected him to adverse employment actions including, but not limited to, terminating his employment."
